Everything. The location is great. Just 15 minutes away from Termini Train Station and another 15 minutes to Colosseo. You also have a tube station there, but I didn't use it because you can get easily walking to the main attractions (it took us about 30 minutes to get to Spanish steps).

Natascia is very welcoming. You don't feel there like a costumer. It is more like if you were visiting a friend or a relative. We had a welcome gift upon arrival (a bottle of wine, some fruit, biscuits and cakes) and every evening, when we got back to the room, we would found some treats waiting for us (biscuits, cakes...). Breakfast was outstanding. Bread, croissants, yogurt, fresh juices, cappuccino.... and every morning Natascia will cook something different typical from Italy like pizzas, piadinnas, foccacias, as well as scrambled eggs, sausages... The last day we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time (8.30 to 10.30) but Natascia still prepared breakfast for us. She is such a great host.

The room was huge. There was a king size bed and a single bed and there still was a lot of space. The bathroom wasn't en suite, but it was private, just a meter away from our bedroom, and it wasn't an issue. It had a great size and it was very clean too.

It was a great experience, we loved Rome too and we will definitely go back to Rome and to Piazza Vittorio87!

Room tip: Loved everything

Myself & my husband arrived Saturday 31st & meet Natasha. She advised her card machine was not working & we paid her cash €104. That night at 2.30am her drunk boyfriend tried to enter property. He was shouting & banging door. Natasha was not there & another guest called Police. We were so scared we left. We had to get another hotel at a cost of €140 . I emailed Natasha the next morning & she said she was at a party & we should have let her drunk boyfriend in. No apology, nothing. We called back to b & b on Sunday afternoon & no answer from door. Natasha then cancels our booking & says we never showed up!!!! It is the worst place I have ever stayed & they are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever met. They should be banned from renting rooms on booking.com a totally disgraceful experience.

Room tip: Bathroom shared & not connected to room, not as advertised.
