Myself and 3 friends stayed in two seperate rooms at Rome Accomodation for 4 nights in August. The location of the place is great, basically next to Termini so you don't have to go far with your cases upon arrival, and you have great transport links to and from. When we arrived there was some confusion with the rooms but thats because my thick south east London accent proves difficult to translate into real english :) We got into our room which was spacious, with a bunkbed, a desk, a tv and an ensuite bathroom. Oh and free WIFI! The bathroom was great, good shower, very clean and a door that actually closes (unlike in our previous hostel). Breakfast is excellent, they ask you every day what time you want it and then bring it to your room. great selection - cereal, yoghurts, bread, coffee, juice, croissants - couldnt ask for more really. The people that work there are really really lovely. The only issue I had was the airconditioning, firstly you have to pay for it which I haven't before in hostels but I didnt so much mind that, it was the noise it made, it was so noisy it kept you awake at night, on occasions I thought an airoplane was going to land in my bedroom and the sound of water running is continuous, as its one of those portable aircon machines. That and the fact that they smoked outside our hostel door were the only things I could possibly complain about. It was otherwise very good and I would definitely return. When you go to pay don't forget italian citys charge you city tax and this is on top of your room fee.
