“Great stay in Trastevere”
Reviewed April 10, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We stayed 4 nights in Rome.
From the beginnig the booking process was very clear. It was our first time in Rome so we reached the owner 1 or 2 times and Giulia was always very willing to help us.
We got to Rome 4 hours before check in time and since there were other guests leaving it was not possible to get into the house before, however Giulia helped us by taking our lugagge and giving clear recommendation on what to do in the meantime, this made thing much easier.
Location of the house is great, well located in Trastevere, 1 min from a lot of restarants and bars where we went during day and night, the area is fantastic to go out, have a coffee or only take a walk.
House is very well equipped, we stayed and had dinner 1 or 2 nights or had breakfast in the morning, it was very comfortable.
Attention from Giulia was also great every time, everything clear and no surprises.

“A great place”
Reviewed October 27, 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We spent four nights here, its situated inTrastevere which in my admittedly limited opinion is the best part of Rome to stay in, fantastic resturants/cafes/ice cream shops and shops selling food etc are only a few minutes walk away, the food is surprsing cheap. absolutely delicious and everyone we met was so friendly. All Romes main attractions are within walking distance. This well equipped studio flat has everything you could need, including a hob, oven, washing machine, toaster and dish washer, but we ate all our meals out in cafes and resturants so we were out till quite late so we just used it as somewhere to sleep and its perfect for that, the bed is exceedingly comfotable. The owner is also very helpful.

“Lovely apartment”

We stayed 4 nights here in September. Giulia and her husband are very kind and gave us assistance in many aspects making our stay at the apartment and Rome very enjoyable. The apartment is bright and clean, and apart from the basic appliances, there are 2 air-conds that work perfectly well. There are lots of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk but there is no disturbance and the apartment is very quiet at night. All 4 nights we had dinner in the nearby restaurants and all of them are very good. We love Trastevere, the winding cobble stone alleys, and especially Piazza di Santa Maria and the church. The apartment is highly recommendable.

“The perfect place to stay in Rome”

We had a 6 day stay here and Giulia was a lovely host. She was always quick to reply to any concerns we had and performed a great check in upon our arrival. She explained everything you need to know about the apartment (the rubbish, the hot water etc) and even left us a lovely bottle of wine and a few recommended evening walks! The apartment itself is great being situated in the excellent and vibrant area of Trastevere yet remains fairly quiet of an evening for those light sleepers. The air conditioning was brilliant and the apartment comes equipped with other essentials (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron etc). Would really recommend this open plan apartment for couples…we would definitely stay here again!

“Beautifully central with all the mod cons!”

we stayed with my teenage daughter and enjoyed being at the heart of historic Rome, in a quiet road but a stone's throw from all the restaurants, St Peter's and the Centro Storico. Giulia and Luca are lovely hosts and the flat has all the mod cons and is very clean and comfortable. A definite recommendation!
