We had a very nice welcome from the owner with a bottle of Asti and a lovely tart baked by her mother - thank you. there was milk in the fridge, water and a bowl of fruit, all very nice thoughtful touches. Frederica was most helpful with areas to visit and how to get there and where to park etc. the accommodation was very nice. the only slight draw back was that one of the bedrooms were situated in the kitchen which was fine but it meant that we had to wait to use this until the person staying in there was awake - luckily they were an early riser! the veranda was lovely especially in the morning. we had breakfast each day outdoors which was lovely. it should be noted that the accommodation is upstairs as the owner is on the ground floor. you do need to have transport although it is quite near to amenities.

My wife, two kids and I stayed at Via Punta and had a fantastic time. To come from London, have a comfortable place, expansive lawn, fun-loving dogs to play with and excellent breakfasts served out in the garden each day, it was and still remains one of our top and relaxing holidays. One evening we grabbed a bunch of things to eat from the supermarket, sat out on the balcony and watched the sun go down whilst enjoying our antipasti & wine - brilliant! Its outside of Bologna, so best to hire a car to get around if you are keen to go exploring. For a comfortable and homely experience in a classic Italian style house, we fully recommend it to anyone.
