Although serving some food that you’d expect to taste in Bologna (tagliatelle, tortellini), the place has a Tuscanian soul. I had antipasti (assorted salami), the best “lardo di Colonnata” ever, wonderful “pici” AND a huge steak “carbonaTa”.
What a discovery!
