Stayed here for 3 nights with friends. We got this hotel at a good price and chose it mainly for its location and good reviews on TripAdvisor. We weren't disappointed as this hotel served our needs very well.

Everthing is within easy walking distance. The standard rooms are a little on the small side compared to most but they are clean and quiet.

Taxi is definitely the best way to get to this hotel from the airport.

Stayed here for a meeting in the port of Genova. Hotel was hard to find due to all problems because of the A10 bridge. Room is nice and clean. Service at front desk is excellent. Too bad loads of busses with cruise tourists are being unloaded at certain periods. Questions are answered with a smile.

Spent two nights in an extra large superior room with view. This was a wonderful room with a large, attractive balcony overlooking greenery, with two large comfortable outside chairs and a table. Inside was a big and very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. The room was beautiful and included a very comfortable chair, small sofa and table with swivel chair. There was a mini-bar and very good storage. The bathroom had a small bath with shower overhead, bidet, loo and one of those tiny little basins that are so fashionable nowadays.
We ate both nights in the hotel restaurant because the food and service were impeccable and it was only a little bit more expensive than eating elsewhere. After a day walking around Genoa, it was lovely to be able to just go downstairs.
Having walked around the city, this NH Genova Centro was, in my opinion, the best location to stay. There is another NH hotel in the Port Antico area, but the area was not nearly as nice.
There is also a smallish city Carrefour supermarket just behind the hotel in the smaller streets which we found very useful.
Genoa itself was a lovely surprise - a varied and interesting place.

This time my Review will begin with how much we loved and appreciated the Hotel Manager Paolo. He is one of the most caring and gracious staff members we have ever had the pleasure of meeting in our world travels. He helped us feel right at home in his hotel. All of the staff were helpful, however, Paolo stands out. We chose the Junior Suite because we wanted a little more square feet and we liked our room because it had an extra half bath and a sitting area. Try not to be concerned greatly about upgrading to a Junior Suite, because the extra room can make a difference to your comfort. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a full breakfast buffet and is open for dinner and also has room service. We used the room service twice because my husband hurt his foot and we could not go out one evening. The location was convenient. If you are looking for a clean, affordable, well managed hotel, I believe this would be a good choice and don't forget to tell Paolo that Irene and Jerry from America said "Hi". We enjoyed our visit to Genoa and the hotel and its staff helped us to feel comfortable and safe.

Room tip: Try the junior suite for a sitting area and extra half bath.

A stylish NH hotel ideally suited for business and conferences. Modern, well maintained and clean. Helpful reception staff. Well stocked buffet breakfast caters for various allergies, including Schar gluten free products & lactose free milk.

Congress centre at Porto Antico Genoa is at least a twenty minute walk from hotel.
