Stayed here for a conference, and found it a good experience. Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms basic but comfortable. In my case I had a twin room (2 singles) butted together but single sheeted. Bathroom has a small shower area, full tub and other facilities. Resort facilities closed due to winter renovations/closure so missed using the very inviting looking indoor pool and steamrooms. Gym was quite good for a workout with current Technogym equipment. Breakfast buffets with a good selection of meats, fruits, cereals and freshly baked breads - in fact waking up the smell of croissants cooking beats an alarm any day! A great option for an event, and pretty good for tourism as well if you want to be in the Lake area.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour and were here for 2 nights, and right on the door step of Lake Maggiore. It's got everything you need.
Our room was quite comfortable and the bathroom was a bit small but for two nights, what do you want, right. Bed was comfortable.
It's got bars and restaurants and great food. Book early. Book what you can afford. Try to get a view if possible.

Room tip: Great views but you pay extra. Great central position.

We were upgraded to this hotel as part of our tour package. The most wonderful surprise of the whole trip. The hotel is fabulous and the view out over lake maggiore is Fantastic. Grand entrance is spectacular. The best hotel of our whole overseas trip.

Visited the resort on a business convention for 3 nights.
The location of the hotel is great, right next to the lake and the village center.
My room was on the new Annex and on the third floor - The Loft Rooms! Great view of the lake and a very cozy room.
The staff are very pleasant and very helpful.
Tried the massage but not at all recommended.
The breakfast is very good but the lunch and dinner which we were served was disappointing!

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Dino when we their sister hotel next door closed for the winter. Lovely hotel. Very central. They appeared to have a few conferences going on at the same time so the bar got very busy in the evenings which was fine and added to the atmosphere. However, would suggest that the barmen are not allowed mobile phones at the bar as they spent much time on them while other guests were waiting to be served. Their pools looked very inviting and, although it was lovely October weather, too cold to go in. Superb gardens and outside spaces. Great place to have outside drinks in the gardens - had it been a little warmer in the evenings. Had its own underground parking.
Rooms of a good size and a good touch was a box of jelly sweets in the room. Rooms spotlessly clean. Reception staff very helpful and the town is just wonderful. Taking a boat trip around the lake is essential. The hotel has direct access to a little beach.

Room tip: Rooms with balcony
