Stayed here on way to Piegaro, for purpose of seeing the Last Supper. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, but waiters were not attentive, especially with regards to keeping coffee cups filled. On check-out, we were not charged our guaranteed rate. We booked a rate inclusive of taxes which the hotel refused to honor, charging an extra 20 euros for city tax. BEWARE and bring a paper copy of your reservation confirmation.,

Package deal with F1 Experiences for F1 race. Room 238.
Arrived early to hotel, 11:30 am, could not check in, they stored our luggage while we went for lunch.
We returned, went to room smelled aged cigarettetish, that they kept trying to mask over years, had asked for hypo allergenic room.
Good internet, lobby bar and Francesca were great.
Inclusive breakfast was good and varied. 2nd day I had a 1 day bug, that kicked the.... Out of me. I tried to sleep, construction going on all day, no rest.
I called Valentina, very sweet, offered to change room, had 0 energy.
The sound insulation and windows could definitely use upgrading, could hear traffic outside.
We taxi cabbed everywhere, you are close to sites my wife mentioned.
Refurbishment is definitely in order.
I am sure there is better value in the area.

We are diamond members with Hilton so were given a nice room and access to the executive lounge at the property. We found all of the staff there very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good as were the drinks and snacks in the evening.

The hotel was a great location for walking (which we love to do) as the train station was only a few minutes walk away as well as the metro to travel into downtown Milan. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return to this hotel again.

The team at this hotel make it a terrific place to stay when visiting Milan as they could not be more friendly, willing and able - whatever the need, they'll deliver (within reason, of course). The only exception to this is; the breakfast team as there are simply not enough of them and so 'clean' (unused) tables are in very short supply despite the fact that the small number of team members on duty, do their best!!
From a locational perspective, The Hilton is NOT in a great area of the city and as a consequence it's location is frequented by beggars and individuals who appear to suffer from homelessness - as a result, those standing outdoors (particularly in darkness hours) - whether to catch a breath of air or have a cigarette etc. - could feel somewhat intimidated and/or unsafe.
Within a 5 minute walk to the central railway station and city's metro means that it IS well located for travelling around.....if looking to visit Milan city centre, 3 stops on the Metro will get you there (or a 30 minute walk)!!
Although the communal areas of this hotel are quite lovely, accommodation is a 'little tired' and in need of an update and so if it wasn't for the attentiveness of the team, I wouldn't stay again but they make a visit very enjoyable.

Best hotel for miles Staff are very friendly and helpful Food is amazing, there is a very good selection to pick from the breakfast menu Room was spotless really enjoyed myself here I would come again for business and for pleasure.
