So, we booked and stayed at this hotel on a special occasion and were conned. The bottom line there was no hot water and there was none for a no of hours before we took the room of which we were not made aware of. During our request for updates they kept saying it would be 20 minutes and this went on until past midnight thus forcing our stay. On complaining the reception staff hung up.
When we booked out in the morning as of course we were armed with a solid justifiable complaint the cheeky manageress had by this time fraudulently put our invoice through without our authorization. The reason for this was because they knew we would complain so they did what they could to secure the funds whilst they had access to our account.
We requested a refund and the snotty female manager called Alessndra Potenza attempted to call the shots by means of saying it was to late and this was the way it worked in Milano..
We complained via our card provider on the basis of "fraud" and had a full refund for the unauthorized transaction. Hopefully they will learn from this.More
