The lobby is smaller than what it looks like on the pics, but it's ok. Staff was not truly friendly, nor overjoyed at the thought of providing customer service, but they helped to their best when asked. Breakfast was ok: there was quite a wide choice of food although orange juice was like a mix of orange powder with water. It was certainly more chemical than fresh. Nice interior courtyard to have breakfast in.
My room was facing the street: I didnt sleep all week. It was so noisy because of the traffic I thought the window was open, but it was not. It was hurrendous and the worst part of my stay. Also, I could hear people going into the shower next door as if they were in my room. I would even know when they'd be opening the shower curtain! The shower was a bit dirty and only 1 towel for myself, no shampoo provided.
Mini bar in the room. TV with wide choice of channels. No safe. Hotel phone not working.
The bedroom was clean though.
Overall, this hotel is more like a 2-star hotel. It's cheap compared to others on the same street but not cheap enough for what it is. Avoid if you are looking for some good night sleep or make sure your bedroom isnt facing the street.More
