A very impressive seafood restaurant. We tasted superb oysters. The shucker gave each one both a visual and olfactory examination before allowing them to be served. The Fin d'Claire were perfect. The appetizer of marinated anchovies served on toast, each with a pad of chilled butter were amazing. The richness of the butter cut the salt of the fish just right. The pastas were excellent with some interesting combinations of ingredients I would not have thought justified but they also worked very well. 4 visits in the course of a month and all first rate. A favorite restaurant of ours in Milan.
