Description: The new restaurant Terrazza Triennale, designed by milanese architecture firm OBR, takes a new look at Triennale tradition with a light solution that is both meticulous and dynamic. Going up onto the panoramic terrace of the Palazzo dell'Arte, guests enter a transparent conservatory surrounded by lush green, suspended over the Parco Sempione, with a spectacular view of the Castello Sforzesco and the entire skyline of Milan. The Michelin-starred chef, Stefano Cerveni, guides a team of professionals, offering his great classics, with a modern take on traditional Italian dishes, while remaining faithful to the core concept behind them: raw materials that confirm their close ties with the land and with Italy. An inn with a view, offering top quality cuisine and warm, friendly service.

28€ for a Costoletta stuffed with blue plastic.

I really expected way more about this place. Very poor dish presentation and I would say very far from being a place where you eat good.

Worth for a cafe because of the amazing views and good service. But don’t spend your money having lunch or dinner here.

If you have time to have coffee you should go to Terrazza Triennale; it is not only the view but also the drinks and the service.
You can have lunch, relax with a coffee or enjoy a drink with the most amazing views of Milano.
100% recommended.

Thank María M

The food is very carefully prepared and very tasty, we had artichoke "the jewish way" (boiled and the fried) and mackerel with fennel to start with. We were there for lunch and my wife had king prawns and I had a fusilli with tomato sauce. All was very well served and prepared. Very tasty indeed. The wine by the glass, although a bit expensive was very good, both the white and the red. The only hiccup has been the bill as it took them a long time to prepare it and after more than 15 minutes we had to go at reception to pay. The lady wasn't very nice about it as she complained we were not respecting other people work (sic!). The issue is that they use some system which is based on their smartphones as opposed to the normal POS machine used all over the world. In any case be patient when asking for the bill.

Other reviews are exactly right. The views and atmosphere are great. The service is really bad - very rare for Milan to have severs that act as though they wish you were not here.

We had a party of 12 in Milan for business on Sunday, Sept. 24. We arrived in two groups, because the elevator could not accommodate all of us. When we arrived, on time, the hostess asked if we had our entire party there. We said the other 6 would be up in 1 minute. Her comment : "I hope so." That was typical of the service for the evening.

We had the fixed menu and every course was average. I love pasta al dente, but we all agreed that the pasta was too hard inside and needed another minute. The best course was the sea bass, which was pretty good. Other courses, including desert, were okay but not memorable.

During dinner, we had continually ask for more bottles of water as waiters walked by our table.

The worst was the wine pairing. They selected a white wine for our course, which none of us liked - the bouquet was off and the flavor was slightly like vinegar. When we told our waitress that it wasn't good, she told us it was an ecological wine that was perfectly paired for our dinner - in essence telling us that we did not have a palette for wine. The correct response would have been to say "I am sorry you don't like it, may I bring something else?"

In summary - believe the reviews of this restaurant. There are so many good restaurants in Milan - this is not one of them.
