We dined at Piccolo Lord tonight (a Wednesday evening in March). The restaurant is really lovely and feels fresh and romantic. The service was incredibly warm and helpful. We chose the degustazione ("The Long Road" which includes 8 courses and homemade breads, and a prosecco aperitif). Every course was good, but the veal, the ravioli, and the chocolate mousse were fantastic. My only criticism is that this was simply too much delicious food. this was one of my favorite meals in Italy. Surprisingly reasonable, as well. We spent $168 for 2, including a very nice bottle of wine. We would definitely return when in Turin.
