We dined at Piccolo Lord tonight (a Wednesday evening in March). The restaurant is really lovely and feels fresh and romantic. The service was incredibly warm and helpful. We chose the degustazione ("The Long Road" which includes 8 courses and homemade breads, and a prosecco aperitif). Every course was good, but the veal, the ravioli, and the chocolate mousse were fantastic. My only criticism is that this was simply too much delicious food. this was one of my favorite meals in Italy. Surprisingly reasonable, as well. We spent $168 for 2, including a very nice bottle of wine. We would definitely return when in Turin.

Food was great. Service was slow in the beginning, but improved gradually. Most of the dishes we tried( there were 6 of us) were very good to excellent.

Decided to come here after reading the superb reviews and treat ourselves to a great meal. From the moment you walk in you are looked after by the excellent staff and we were given a glass of Prosecco and some small nibbles on the house (which were superb). To start we shared the squid and potato which was sublime. The pick of the food was my fish with grilled octopus, the fish was seasoned to perfection and the octopus was the best i've eaten. Finally we shared a chocolate pana cotta which as expected was faultless. The wine list is extensive and caters for all budgets. Overall the meal was very reasonably priced (you can pay a lot more for a far worse meal) and the service fantastic. Will definitely return when i'm next in Turin.

I visited this restaurant twice: in both cases for a business group dinner.

This time we had a predefined set menu wich included: appetizer (Raw meat with parmigiano cheese foam and caramelized balsamic vinegar), main (risotto with Castelmagno cheese and sausage from Bra), meat & side (pork tenderloin with saffron coffee cream and potatoes), dessert (a wonderful "gianduiotto" with rhum) and espresso coffee.

Service was quick and waiters were very efficient: our glasses were never left empty and we were never left without that delicious home-made bread (I could not stop eating it!)

The location is formal but at the same time welcoming. Suitable for your business partners as well as for your companion.

Parking is not every easy in the surrounding streets but the underground parking in Piazza Vittorio is conveniently located.

The bill was a reasonable 40 € / person, drinks included.
