As far as a business hotel goes- not bad at all.
Pretty well located, friendly staff, the rooms were nice & clean, comfortable bed and nice bathrooms.
Only cons-
A. very slow (and tiny) lift
B. if u want to iron your shirts- you have to go to the basement, which is not too bad.. but I doubt whether the management would want the guests to wander arround this area.

Clean and comfy hotel. No frills more like a business hotel. The staff is awesome and friendly. The breakfast is greAt and we enjoy the friendly service by the staff. It's abt 15 mins walk from the train station Porto nuova. You can always take a tram. U can buy tickets from newsstand or tobacco shop for £1.50 or from parking meters.

A mid-range nice hotel located half an hour South from Downtown.

Pros: really nice staff, quiet 9 floor rooms with a comfortable matrass and a nice view onto the city.

Cons: two very busy tiny elevators and a quite basic breakfast.

In any case, if location is not indispensible for you, worth the price

Rooms are small but clean.
I had a room to the backside of the hotel - it was very quite.
Parking in the street is free of charge between 7pm and8am at night, but you really need a small car (Fiat Panda or so).
Breakfast is not something what the Italian don't know how to do it, but it was ok here in the hotel. There is a small bakery 3houses down the road, wasn't open by 7:45(!).

Some small local fastfood is around as well for "dinner".
Very small(!) bar in the hotel as well (beer=€3,-).
It is ok for 2-3nights,

I booked a double room.
I found not a large room but very confortable.
All is new: interiors, painting, bathroom.
There is the TV and it is possible watch Sky channels.
There is WiFi free.
The location is very good because the hotel is situated not far from the 3 most important square: Piazza Castello, piazza San Carlo and Piazza Vittorio: more or less 15 minutes walk.
International breakfast.
The hotel is always open, also during the night and near there is a garage called Genova garage. I paid it to the hotel receptionist about 13 euro per day.
