We received 5 receipts, for us 5 single room visitors, 4 of them where wrong causing us trouble with our work accounting dept.(was a youth enterpreneurship seminar trip). They did not correct our receipts, only sent us a document stating they made a mistake.
The gentleman at the reception was very slow to serve us, never returning our greetings, always frawning and rude.
The breakfast waiters where only saying "yes", "yes" , "Yes" but didnt address our simple request, for some more bread.
The coffee wasnt ready at 7.45, while breakfast begings at 7.30' and ends at 10.00'.
After 9.00' no bread, croissants, ham or cheese available, only by request to the rude personel, and even then, they just brought a small quantity, so the next guest had to ask all over again. When I KINDLY asked for some more bread the long haired waitor asked ironicly "MORE"? Unacceptible. It isnt 15 euro per night, its 42 euro and its a 'special' bussines that should respect their clients if they want to be able to further their work for their society.

Clean hotel, minimum ammenities.
When I complained 3 different times to 3 different people about the bad wi fi, NONE thought to inform me there is a password !!!! After 2 days, I found out by mistake from a collegue.
bad Wi Fi, they gave us each different passwords, very hard to change every now and then, different for every floor, breakfast room, reception area etc, a mess.
The 'progressive' owners have to do something about their hotel, so it becomes a pleasant place to visit and stay in Torino.

Hotel is decent, room pleasant with modern furniture (IKEA type) and vig bathroom. TV set and little fridge to store food or drinks come in handy. Another feature is the possibility to rent bikes or cars. We rented two bikes (credit cars deposit of 181.50 EUR was needed), but man did we ride those bikes for 3 straight days :) All in all, recommended to Turin visitors.

Clean, quiet and although pretty far away from the city center- they can rent bikes for free (just a deposit) or you have tram 4 that gets you in the center in no time :). I will stay here next time for sure!!!

For one o very few nights it's ok. Close to public transports and free parking, it's basically a social housing project so don't expect any special facilities. My room had a bad heater but after 10.30 pm nobody can help you so it was cold. The room was big enough for 3 people and clean. For my one-night needs it was just ok.

We stayed in november 2012, the hotel was nice, the room was big enough and breakfast was generous...but the big problem of this hotel is its STAFF!! for our check in, she made us wait 20 minutes, because she was talking to another member of the staff...and she was rude, very rude! During our stay, the staff never said hello to us, or anything at all...
