Good points because it is close to the train station, in 5 minute you’re there. It’s not very close to the city center (20-25 minutes walking).
Good points because it is very nice decorated on the halls. We also had in our rooms some quite interesting paintings. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms the same.
The staff was quite friendly, despite the fact that only one of them speaks English.
Bad points because we stayed at the ground floor. It wasn’t noisy, but the window can’t be opened, only a small part of the window can be a little opened. The rooms didn’t had air conditioners but we had ventilators. It wasn’t enough. Practically, you can’t refresh the air. We slept one night with the door wide opened, hoping that the air will circulate a little. I hope you will be lucky not to stay at the ground floor.
Another bad point is the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast is so so, because for example they don’t serve any kind of meat. And the portions at the crostata were super slim. But that's not why I consider this to be a bad point. It's because the hotel staff practically watched us very close every morning. It’s never happened to me in any other hotel we stayed until now. It was unpleasant, uncomfortable, unprofessional.More
