Elena was great throughout, responded to our (many) enquiries before our stay, met us on arrival with prosecco and cake, and lots of friendly advice. She is extremely friendly and easy to deal with.
The apartment itself is lovely and spacious. Our children 12 and 8 shared one room, my wife and I were at the back of the apartment in the main bedroom that has an ensuite.
The building itself is secure and safe.
Location is amazing. Central to everything, we were able to walk everywhere.
I completely recommend this property to anyone wanting a central location, a decent, typically Italian apartment, and peace of mind that they have a contact who is friendly and helpful at all times.
Thank you Elena for a truly lovely stay, we have already recommended you to friends.
I visit Torino quite regularly and this was the first time I chose an apartment over a hotel. What a great choice it was!
First of all, Elena is an extremely pleasant host. She made it a point to meet us personally to show us around the apartment and made sure that we're comfortable before she left. As Elena explained to us, her objective is to create a home away from home by providing all the necessary amenities to her guests. And boy she does!
The apartment is adorned with everything you need: a dishwasher, a washing machine, television, a fridge, freezer, heating radiators, and anythni gelse you may need - including a body thermometer and a stapler!
We also appreciated the owners' thoughtful gesture by stocking the fridge with water. It's these fine details that go such a long way. Not to mention the ample stock of sheets, pillows, soaps and other items you may need.
In addition to having great hosts, this apartment is extremely comfortable to live in. There's ample space for 2 people (but it can comfortably take 4) to spend a long time here.
Better still, the apartment is bang in the centre of the city, close to the three main squares: Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello and Piazza Vittorio Veneto and is surrounded by great restaurants. You're only a few minutes' walk away from the main attractions in the city. centre.
Although it's on the first floor, the elevator access makes this place more accessible to people who may have mobility issues.
Not only do I highly recommend this apartment, but I will definitely go back again, and again, and again.......

The apartment was a lot bigger than we were expecting and it has everything you need much more than any other aparment i have stayed in at home or abroad. There was fresh fruit for ower arrival and some supplys in the fridge which did not seem to be working to well but we managed the freezer part was usefull . The location is very good front street is bizzy but your in the city what do you expect. The bed room at the back was quiet i slept better than at home. Plenty of places to eat near buy and shops for all your needs. Loved the time we spent in Turin and the apartment.
We booked this apartment as a girls weekend away. There were four of us and it is two bedrooms so two of us did need to share one of the beds. This wasnt a problem however as the bed was massive. The apartment has everything you need and location is fantastic. Communication with the owner was great. My deposit was returned very quickly. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anybody looking for a break in centre of turin. Very reasonably priced too, we would book again.

The flat is situated in the center of Turin, very closed to all touristic attractions. We were very pleased with the flat, it is very spacious and well equipped. We were impressed that the flat looks completely different from a holiday house, so, we feel like at home. Very closed to the flat there is as well a supermarket, the bus and tram stops. Elena was very kind, she helped us with lots of information. The only thing we can say was not great, was the TV which is a bit old, but this was not so important for us.
