We were expecting to enjoy our 4 day stay at this hotel - based on the claims on the hotel website and other reviews - and were not disappointed.
Firstly, the welcome and overall friendliness of the owners and staff immediately confirmed that we were in the hands of a well coordinated and professional team.
The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was excellent, with a comprehensive buffet of local specialities, and cooked items prepared to order. We had not intended to have half-board (preferring the option to dine around the area), but in fact we found it far better to enjoy the excellent dinner provided each evening.
Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend to others without exception.

This is a perfect place for a get away. Hike, walk, swim, take day trips, and more. The owners and staff will care for you in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed two long hikes on routes recommended by one of the owners. The views were spectacular. And the meals are superb. Stay for dinner!

Stayed here for one night following several great reviews. Great location to walk into town (10 mins.) Friendly and personal welcome by the owner Frau Huber. Fine underground parking, impressed by the automatic doors that open when you have your hands full. Nicely decorated hotel in warm colors, no clutter. Rooms are spacious with balcony and beautiful view of surrounding mountains. Super comfy beds. Free wifi, but not very fast. Nicely stocked mini bar. This hotel is clean and maintained with great attention to detail. Everything works and seems very durable and in matching color scheme...well done! Six course dinner for 23 -25 Euro p.p. on the veranda was an absolute delight and amazing value. Perfect service that welcomes you and greets you by name. Overall nice wine selection with many local wines to accompany dinner. Same goes for the breakfast which had a wide assortment of fresh fruits, pastries, tea's and breakfast delights, again a great start to the day on the outside terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the spa facilities. We will be back again. Highly recommend!

Having been invited to the Hotel Pollinger, we had not specifically chosen it ourselves. We found the hotel, nestling in the green countryside of Alto Adige, a very comfortable place, with two excellent, heated swimming pools. spa and gym facilities and absolutely excellent dinners served professionally by delightful people. The breakfast spread was also very inviting with many home-made delicacies. The owners of the hotel are nothing short of charming and made us feel very welcome, giving us a spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the outside pool.

Room Tip: There is no need since all the rooms are good, but the view from the garden-facing rooms is marginally better, and the end room, which we had, was even nicer.

Well priced, very friendly, great hotel in this lovely town. Rooms were clean and tidy. All had a balcony and free wifi. Miss the use of a kettle to make a tea but test is pretty commonplace in Europe.
We took the 3/4 board option. Great value. Staff spoke many languages.
