My husband and i had 1 night in Treviso. We were staying at the Carlton and L'Incontro was across the street. It was a Friday at 7:30 and not crowded. There is a larger room with tables, but also little private booth tables that are quiet and lovely. The service was attentive without hovering. There's a huge antipasta bar, but we split a prima (salmon ravioli w/ zucchini and tomatoes, and then each had an entree which was just right for us. They pour prosecco (which is local - we'd spent the day cycling through vinyards) gratis when you sit down, and there was a basket of bread and butter. The food was all excellent and the presentation pretty. And, at least by US standards, it was not expensive for fine dining. We recommend it!
