Good value for the money. The rooms are charming with. A beautiful marble bathroom. We were in 105. Very good sized room.
Concierge is very helpful and staff friendly.
Do try the hotel restaurant for dinner. They are michelin rated and very good. Bit pricey but what in Venice is not?

Dear hjona,

First of all, thank you for choosing Ai Reali di Venezia and for sharing with other users that it's worth the price, we really appreciate that.
We are happy to see that you liked room 105 and its marble bathroom, as well as our concierge and the friendly staff.

Thank you for recommending Ristorante Alle Corone as well, we look forward to having you back in the future,

Kind Regards,

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast selection especially as i’m Gluten free. Super comfy bed. Fantastic massage in the spa but unfortunate it’s not more accessible for guests without paying excessively for treatments. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean but had to chase for towels. A bit disappointed with our allocated room; the photos on the website didn’t represent the room we had. Great location.

Dear Helen M,

We are delighted that you pointed our great breakfast selection out, thank you very much, reading that you enjoy it and its gluten-free options, as well as our friendly staff and your spotlessly clean room makes our day.

Please note that we've been working on taking all the pictures again, in order to offer as many photos as possible for each room category. Furthermore, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay and that you would return.

Looking forward to it,

Kind Regards,

Very nice hotel with a fantastic location and excellent friendly staff. It is one of a small number of hotels in Venice to have spa facilities, but the use of these is generally not included in the price of your room. This is rare in our experience and could be made clearer.

The staff are very helpful and can organise great private tours of the parts of Venice you want to see, whether they may be the standard attractions such as the Basilica and the Doges Palace or more hidden spots such as the Bridge of Tits and the Assassins road. They also offer a free shuttle to Murano, famous for its artful glass work. Very nice but be prepared for the hard sell.

Breakfast was excellent, we had a nice glass of prosecco with our breakfast to celebrate the start of each day.

The only other point of note is that our room was very small with barely space to move once our suitcases were in place. Well appointed but not anything like the photos on tripadvisor or the hotel website. Venice is expensive but we would have expected more for the deal we got through Expedia.

Dear THoekema,

First of all, we are pleased to read that you liked our helpful staff and their suggestions, as well as our free shuttle to Murano and the breakfast, with its wide range of options, also gluten-free. Reading that you also enjoyed our central location, just off the beaten path, few minutes away from Rialto and St Mark's Square, makes us happy.

On the other hand, we are sorry about the size of your room, we definitely look forward to welcoming you back again, allowing us to offer you a superior and bigger room.
Regarding the spa, we always try to highlight the fact that the entrance is not included in the price as much as possible, on all booking platforms, this is why we are sorry to see that it wasn't clear for you.

Hoping to have you back here soon,

Kind Regards,

Guido Busatto

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Ai Reali di Venezia. It was our first night of arrival in Italy and the hotel couldn't have been more accomodating. We had a huge family suite on the second floor that overlooked the canals. There is a very welcoming bar on the first floor that had live music we all enjoyed. My children were completely enthralled with the entire experience. It felt quaint and yet luxurious. The location couldn't have been better as well. Right in the heart of it all and an easy walk from the water taxi. All in all - we would not only recommend the hotel, but would love to come back as well.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with canal views. Beautiful

We have just returned from a seven night stay at the Ai Reali and we cannot praise this hotel, staff and location enough. From the moment you walk in to the hotel you are made to feel so welcome by the reception team. We were given all of the information you would need and then taken to our room. The hotel is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. All the extras are there that you would expect from a luxury hotel, but I think the hospitality sets it apart, from reception to the restaurant - superb. The breakfast choice was extensive including hot cooked items. We did intend to eat out each night we were in Venice but the food was so good in the restaurant (Alle Corone) we ate there five of our seven night stay. Again the team in the restaurant were professional curteous and had that Italian passion for the dishes that were presented. The food is always a highlight in Italy but this restaurant did exceed expectations. I do hope it won't be too long before we can return again to enjoy that little slice of Italian life.

Dear andrew b,

Having you for seven nights was a pleasure, thank you again for choosing Ai Reali di Venezia for your stay.

We will share your kind words with the whole staff right away, we are glad to see that you appreciated our original Venetian decors, the cleanliness and all the extras, including our hospitality.

In addition, reading that you decided to have dinner at Alle Corone for five out of seven nights really makes us honored, thank you so much, we are thrilled that we managed to exceed your expectations.

We are waiting for you with open arms, looking forward to welcoming you back again,

Best Regards,
