Everything there was absolutely marvellous! We spend four days in the most romantic place that we could be in Venice! Excellent choice once again! It was our second stay at Corte Grimani.
We were pleased to find out that we had been upgraded from a Classic room with view to a Superior room, which was so spacious and beautiful.
The location is arguably the best in Venice, it feels like your own flat in the centre of Venice.
Service here is also outstanding, the small team of dedicated managers and staff are so friendly and helpful and they really helped to make our stay memorable.
I cannot imagine ever choosing another hotel in Venice - this was our second stay at Corte Grimani - it will not be our last.
Thank you SO much Guido !!!

We stayed at Residence Corte Grimani for 3 nights. It is conveniently located by St. Mark's Square. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and extremely helpful. The accommodations are clean, spacious, and modern. The wifi worked well, there's a washer/dryer available in the room (for 15 euro per-stay; detergent provided by hotel), and the bathroom/shower are larger than most in Europe. To get there, the cheapest option (7.50 euros per person) is to take the water bus from the train station, get off at Rialto Bridge, then walk. As a comparison, we took a water taxi from the residence to the airport at the end of our stay which cost 140 euros for our family of 5.
The closest breakfast option is the Bonvecchiati Hotel which charges 11 euros per person for a buffet. The food was okay, but if you want to save a little money, I would recommend either getting some groceries at the store and preparing your own meal in your kitchenette, or walking to Frulala for a smoothie or yogurt parfait.
Overall we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it!

A little difficult to find at first, but this hidden gem was well worth the wait of being discovered. Perfectly situated, this hotel brightly stands tall in all of its Venetian glory. We received a very warm welcome from the staff, and was escorted to our 4th floor room that had amazing views of the canals and the occasional gondolas. Our room was bright and spacious, the amenities super clean, and bed/couches extremely comfortable. Perfect location with many attractions and shops a few steps away, as well as a Coop grocery store. Staff helped us locate restaurants, make bookings and even print train tickets. Complimentary espresso in the lobby that always adds a little boost to the sightseeing. Do yourself a favor and book your room today!

We stayed for 4 nights here in Venice 2 weeks ago and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The location was not difficult to find and we wheeled our luggage there from the Rialto stop.

- Huge rooms, more than perfect for 2 and we even had space to work in the living room, at night when we returned to our room. Bed was super comfortable and floors were very clean daily.
- We woke up daily to lovely singing by the gondola drivers who passed by our hotel below, every morning. I still miss it now.
- Perfect location - right smack near San Marco, only a 3 mins walk and you can find things to eat and places to go. We were there during the February Carnival and we really appreciated staying here as it was easy to come back to the hotel and also everything was accessible. Yet the hotel is very quiet and peaceful and was 'hidden' from the mad crowds.
- We took the airport water taxi from the Rialto stop too that took us straight to the airport.

Very good service, perfect location and we are so glad we chose this hotel. Stay here in venice and you will not regret it.

Room Tip: Get rooms with balconies so you can see the gondolas go by daily. Such a treat!

I stayed here during Carnivale 2018.
The pro's
- unbeatable location literally two minutes walk from St Marks Square and an easy 8 mins to Rialto bridge
- excellent wi-fi availability and speed
-no noise from other rooms and little from outside
- benefits from being in an apartment and having access to a washing machine* and kitchenette**
- very good value for money given the above
- * & ** I didn't see it anywhere on the website, only in my confirmation email, but the fee for using the washing machine during your stay is €10 and €50 for the kitchenette. I think if you feel you need to charge these fees it should be more transparent before you book.

Overall very happy with my stay and would not hesitate to book with them again if I'm back in Venice.
