Once we arrived at the hotel, we really enjoyed it! We were driving, and when we arrived at the outer wall of Verona, our GPS said we had arrived. Well our hotel is in the middle of the old section. It was very stressful trying to find the hotel. lucky for us, I asked a man for directions, and he said follow me. He jumped on his motorcycle and led us there. We were so thankful!! once we arrived, the bellhop jumps in the car with you (after we unloaded the bags) and leads you to the very safe underground parking. The hotel was beautiful and spotless, room slightly small, but nice. Reception staff nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast buffet!!!! was included in the price, but you must pay for parking--reserve ahead of your stay.

We spent three nights at the Accademia, and felt it was a great hotel. A real old world quality about it. The public rooms are elegant, and our room had everything you would need. Breakfast was fine (maybe lacking in fresh fruit though). Our room rate included the minibar - great but not much good if it is not replenished - ah well! Overall a pleasing experience.

Excellent hotel in a great location. All staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful.
Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent and a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel bar was surprisingly competitively priced and Fransesco was fantastic.
Would certainly recommend this hotel and worth paying that little bit more.
We went to see Sam Smith in concert on the Saturday night at the Arena. Amazing concert and so great to be back at your hotel for drinks within 5 minutes :-)

Hotel Accademia in Verona is elegant & beautiful. It is very convenient to designer shopping, beautiful piazzas and all the fabulous sights of Verona such as the Roman Amphitheater/Arena and the Castlevecchio.
Our superior-size room was big & immaculate with an extremely comfortable bed. It was very quiet, and even had with a few English speaking channels on the TV, which we appreciated. The bathroom was large with a spacious vanity and great shower with lots of water pressure.
The breakfast buffet was extremely lavish with a fabulous selection of food from which to choose.
The hotel also offers several lovely club rooms for relaxing with a complimentary drink in the afternoon and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
We will always choose this hotel when we are in Verona!

This hotel is perfectly situated in Verona. Room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Definitely a solid 4-star hotel. Has a bit of a business feel to it. My only fault was with the front desk staff who were not friendly on check-in, and sometimes ignored me when I was waiting to collect my key when coming back to the hotel each time. They should be more attentive to guests obviously just needing their key and aren't a huge deterrent for guests that require longer service at the front desk (e.g. check in/out).
