We just happened upon this on our way back to our hotel . It is absolutely gorgeous. Dating back to the 1600’s it stands at the intersection of two very prominent streets.

It is very unusual to see the four corners of the intersection so ornate bd sculptured. Never seen anything like this before.

Walked through this after Pretoria fountain on our way to Palamos cathedral. It is located on an intersection (hence the 4 corners). The architecture of the buildings is very grand and there is a little fountain. Worth walking this way to or from wherever you may be going – even if it is just for a photo opportunity.

A real landmark and an architectural gem symbolising the four parts of the city and the four rivers. How many times did we walk past? Admired it each time.
