My sister and I were so pleased to find this hidden gem which is situated in the heart of Palermo. The staff/ owners are so warm and welcoming which made such a huge difference to our stay in Palermo. The rooms are spacious and clean and sensitively decorated with the original character of the building. I loved the quirky art work and antique furniture and the overall decor. Much better than staying in a large hotel. Breakfast is of high quality and local fresh Sicilian produce is used. The coffee was also great. The staff are so helpful with their local knowledge and made us feel very welcome as though we were at home. We returned to Palermo after a few days in Agrigento and although we did not have another booking, they allowed us to store our luggage whilst passing time before our flight. We felt like we were coming home and were so pleased to see the staff and their friendly faces. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back next time we are in Palermo. It is in the centre of Palermo and surrounded by some bars which in my opinion was great as we got a feel for the buzz of the local area.

From the initial booking contact and friendly advice on requirements and parking to booking in and restaurant recommendations and the help yourself to goodies on offer in reception this was a little gem very much with their guests in mind. Central, so be prepared for the usual city noises but don’t let that put you off. The double glazing was effective and I’m a light sleeper but had no problem at all sleeping in our lovely room with a huge comfortable bed. Palermo is on my return list and this is where I will look to stay when I do.

We stayed in Palermo for five days in late March. We travelled with another couple to celebrate a 60th birthday. The B&B is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is good, a lot of love goes into it. The owners are generous with their knowledge and all the info and tips we got were spot on. There was a slight problem with checkin (someone else had taken the wrong room), but it was sorted out immediately over the phone. We all recommend it as the perfect base for exploring Palermo and surrounds.

Great central location in Palermo old town. Excellent staff. Lots of local restaurants and sights. Comfortable beds and quirky vintage furnishing. An interesting display of art works throughout the 3 storey building..all finished with great style. Lovely continental style breakfast.
