The hotel is lovely, the rooms are nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town near lots of shops and restaurants. It's also near the Greek theatre.
However the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, in any hotel in the world. It was so hard that each morning I woke up with back pain and couldn't stay in bed any longer due to the pain and discomfort. I spoke to reception about this and they said the mattresses were brand new and offered to add blankets to the bed to make it softer. They did this over two nights however the blankets made no difference. Waking up at 6am each day in pain is not a good way to spend your holiday. (I never normally have any back pain and I'm fit and healthy). So if you're happy with a very hard bed, then this will be fine for you. However if you are a smaller/lighter person I would avoid this hotel unless they fix the problem.More
