I was so eager to taste some cannoli while in Sicily and here I found the most amazing cannolo ever! It is fresh, filled when ordered, mouthwatering. I also tried their icecream and it was very good, too.

Second time I've visited here, and always head to D'amore for cakes and ice cream, it's a very small place but beautifully set up :)

We tried the cassata here and other pastries. Really good and you can watch the bakers at work. The cassata was really light and very, very pleasant.

Tucked away up a side street, this little shop sells a wide range of pastries and ice cream. There is nowhere to sit and be served so you can either take your ice cream outside or eat in a corner of the small area available. Saw ice cream cake being made with unprotected hands which seemed a little unhygienic and put us off a bit. The cannoli did not appear to be made up fresh like Roberto's.

Extremely fresh pastry and gelato, low prices and a great location, right near the Porta Messina. If you're visiting Taormina, you absolutely must try the autentic italian canolo with ricotta filling.
