Really nice spot to go for a drink and small bite to eat before dinner, or for dinner if you want to keep tasting all of their delicious bruschettas and 'bar snacks'! Really good, nice sized drinks too, good price and quick, friendly service with a very nice evening atmosphere!

If we could we would give 10 stars! It is not easy to find such a jewel in a touristy place like Taormina. Wonderful atmosphere, the food is amazing and so is Carlo the chef and his whole crew. It is wonderful to see how passionate Carlo is about the italian kitchen. His knowledge about food is very impressive. We also love his wonderful girlfriend who does the best cocktails in town as well as the whole crew that is sincerely friendly and authentic. We decided to have our pre wedding catch up with all our friends at Timoleone and their work was outstanding. The pasta, the bruschetta, everything was homemade and delicious. All our guests loved it and everyone kept coming back during their stay in Sicily. Carlo you are a star and we can't thank you enough.

We initially stopped there for a drink because the music was cool. As both the cocktails (dedicated person for the job) and the wine were good, we stayed for the aperitivo. As the bruschettas were delicious, we stayed for dinner. As the pasta were perfectly mastered by the chef (watch out for the spicy dish - it was our spiciest experience so far), we stayed for the dessert: this rhum-enflamed ananas provided some kind of a nirvana. You get it: the more you stay, the more you enjoy!

This is one very cool bar. Reasonably priced (great) drinks and from what we saw of the food... lovely! A very passionate chef you can watch from the window. So glad we stumbled onto this place. Very cool setting and music. Thoroughly enjoyed.

We stumbled upon this charming, Cuban-themed (for whatever reason) restaurant and were taken by their informal seats on a tree-lined public stairwell. Amazing drinks, great special and friendly service. Definitely recommended for at least a drink.
