We were longing for a delicious mozzarella with fresh tomatoes. So as we stumbled by chance upon this Mozzarella-restaurant we couldn’t believe our luck. The setting is gorgeous, very central and in a tasteful modernly-renovated old patrician palace. We had a very tasty mozzarella du buffala with deliciuous cherry tomatoes. However, it came on rampon salad which was unusual and didn’t really match. The pesto was somewhat industrial and we really missed more of the fresh basil. The burrata pugliese was a big deception as totally tasteless. The lasagne was ok but without being anything special and quite chewy.
Somewhere between 3 and 4 points for me.
