Yes this property is very close to station. If you wish to take a cab it would cost 5 Euros. One can walk down to the destination from Station if you carry less luggage.
It has all amenities from Kitchen utensils to Microwave gas connection, Dish washer to name a few.
Roos are well decorated. We were greeted by the owner who explained all the available utilities and guided us with travel plan including Hop on Hop off tour buses. If you book Pisa tour the buses Leave from across the under bridge which is few blocks behind the the apartment and is 5 minutes walk. All tour and intercity buses were available there. So its quite convenient. If you want Indian food there is a Kabab shop where one can get food which Indians love. They prepare fresh Vegiterian and Non Veg food including Biryani, Chole Rice Chapati etc. Near thestation you jhave several super market fro where you can buy daily need items, snacks drinks jiuces dairy products including gluten free products.
Owners were excellent they guided us to Indian restaurants in the nearbuy area.
Tabacchi shop round the corner sells bus tickets and small essentials but it closes early.
Over all good property and nice balcony to sit and sip freshly brewed coffee or tea or even a drink or two.
One toilet is small while the other one is quite big.
Its suitable for 6 to 7 persons staying together.
My friend and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this apartment and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed; excellent location (5 minute walk from SMN station), bright, light and roomy apartment that was in excellent condition with full kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well fast and reliable Wi-Fi and A/C that worked.
All communication with Sarah and Jordan was professional, efficient and incredibly helpful - we arrived in the evening and Jordan was there to meet and greet us, giving lots of good advice about Florence (where to eat, what to do etc.).
I could not recommend this apartment highly enough and would definitely book this apartment again for when I next return to Florence.
Many thanks Sarah and Jordan for helping us have a fabulous visit to Florence!
Particularly like the balcony which gets the sun in the morning, great for breakfast.
Area is quiet and yet not far from the main railway station, so it was an easy walk to the flat. There is also a lift which helps with the luggage. We were met at the apartment and shown around the flat, communication was good.
Sarah & Jordan were great hosts, very attentive and responsive to our communication. There's an AC unit in each room that blows cold air (perfect during the summer months). It's a little bit of a walk from the train station, but certainly not long enough to complain. There's a nice Kabob restaurant on the corner of the street that sells good falafel sand cold Peroni's. It's a scenic walk once you get to the train station, roughly 30-35 minutes to the various plazas. We stayed during the weekend so none of the coffee shops near the apartment were open in the morning (however, there's a coffee maker in the apt!), oh, don't plan on ordering coffee to go, the culture here is to drink the coffee in house And of course, enjoy the moment.

The owner met us and told us how to get around (shops, buses, what to see, etc).
Apartment itself was clean and tidy, secure on a small, quiet street. Two bathrooms, WiFi, large living room, two balcony, two sets of keys ( don't have to stick with each other all the time). Close to a train station, in a walking distance to most of historical places. If you are keen to get around on your feet, then you'll see much more than guest guide tells you...
If you are looking for all listed above, then this apartment is the place to stay.

We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend (18-20 March). Good location and an easy walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Apartment was lovely and quiet. Everything you needed to get yourself going in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, tea towels etc. Lovely that there is a balcony to the front of the apartment and due to the lovely weather we were lucky enough to have, we sat out first thing in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have good sized towels in the bathrooms and plenty of toilet rolls. Heating and hot water also very good. The only thing to point out are the windows which do rattle but it certainly did not spoil our stay and would definitely recommend. If you hired a car during your stay what a bonus that there is a parking space which is very unusual for Florence.

Apartment was superb, very spacious for the 2 of us with 2 decent sized bedrooms and a bathroom each. Kitchen was nicely fitted out with all you'd need. The place was light and airy with the 2 balconies. Loved being able to sprawl across a sofa each.
Good location, about 20 mins walk to the touristy heart of Florence and 3 mins walk from a bus stop. There's a good sized supermarket less than 10 mins away and a number of local restaurants too. We were given a very warm welcome from Jordan who met us at the apartment despite our arrival being later than planned due to a delayed flight.
