The residence is located nearby Pont Veccio, shoppings center, actractive places. Just 10min walking.

The room is large for 3 and clean, however the floor is cold without carpet. This place does not have elavator.

The reception is very nice and helpful.

Our room had the best location. We were close to our scheduled tour meeting points/ending points, near the river, walking distance to any area in Florence. Alessandra and Daniela were very helpful in giving directions on the map they provided, and Daniela called a taxi on our behalf (to take us to the airport) which arrived within the promised five minutes after the call. No elevator, but you only have to take your suitcase up and down one time. There were fresh pastries in room for breakfast and kettle for making coffee or tea.

Room tip: We asked for a private bath.

Hotel was nice as was the staff. The room was a bit rundown but was very spacious. The breakfast wasn't very good but there was the kettle in the room which was handy. Location was useful for what we wanted.

Great location in Florence - close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Almost everything is in walking distance. The room I booked was ok. Bed was comfortable. I did not like that the bathroom was out in the hallway. The other rooms had bathrooms located inside of their rooms which I would have preferred. Also felt a little claustrophobic since there were no windows. (1 window looked out into the cleaning area but not to the outside). Also the hallway was very dark coming in by yourself

We stayed in early March 2015. Located two blocks from Ponte Veccio, Pitti Palace, close to museums. Lots of restaurants nearby. Americans would call it "second floor". (Europeans don't count the ground floor as the first floor)
Alessandra was a great help. Our room had a typical European bathroom en suite. Price was right on target for us. Would certainly go back. 24 hr access w good cab service. City bus runs by, though we did not use.

Room tip: No great views, just clean and comfortable.

Dear William and Carolyn

I'm glad you all had a nice holiday in Florence and especially in our structure .
I am very pleased that you enjoyed our neighborhood , the Oltrarno , a downtown area where there are still activities Fiorentini's craftsmen as well as many tourist attractions .
I hope that you made a good trip to come back home and even the taxi service worked perfectly , so I hope to be able to host the next time you want to come back and visit .
A big hug
Alessandra
