We had a very nice double bed room opening onto the garden in a convenient central location within Florence. Rita was very nice and was very helpful in finding the bank we needed and other places we wanted to visit while there. We stayed for 5 nights and usually wanted to get out early so we didn't stay for breakfast, but on the day we did ask to have the optional breakfast, it was fabulous! Thank you Rita for making our stay very comfortable!

Avevamo una camera doppia molto bella del letto apertura sul giardino in una comoda posizione centrale a Firenze. Rita era molto bello ed è stato molto disponibile nel trovare la banca che ci serviva e altri posti che volevamo visitare mentre vi. We booked this to have a nice boutique hotel at reasonable price, but it was over booked and we had to move to another B&B. The replacement was terrible, still with a good location. Make sure you have secured your room if you book this B&B.

thanks for taking your time to review.
and 'a reason to learn and improve
actually the price was very affordable, and we opted for a central and cheap 2-star so theoretically better.
we are improving trying not to use more 'this ..of which she and' getting bad.
We apologize and we hope to have guests in our friendly bed and breakfast

Rita is so kind and quirky! She offered us easter chocolate during check-in. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden in her yard. Florence is a very walkable city, so the hotel seemed close to everything (and only two blocks away from academia!) We enjoyed our stay here - very charming, ninna nanna!

The room is small, not the same as the photo. No balcony which is the most important reason for me to choose this hotel. No desk. Only quilt, no quilt cover, and not clean. We spent 5 nights, the host gave us a mosquito killer in the 3rd night. Did not empty the trash in the room within the 4 days.
The host introduced nothing about the city, and gave us no advise. But we thought that was her style, leave us alone, not disturbing each other. But in the last night we stay, she invited several people to dinner in the garden just outside of our room. They talk loud until 21:30. We had have to play music to cover their noise.
After that, when I went to washing room to have shower, I found my tower was on the floor with the wet carpet in front of the closetool! Don't know what happened, but that really made me feel sick. The worse is we heart noise from upstairs in the late night that day and early morning the next day.
Very unhappy ending in Florence!

Room Tip: Location in Florence is not very important, because the city is so small. We went every sites on foo...

We had a nice room with a balcony and shared bathroom, which was no problem. Silent and very familiar, and the owner Rita was very helpful, although she was not always there. You can order breakfast the day before at a cost of 6 EU.The location is perfect. There are 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

Room Tip: If you want separate beds, ask for a 3 bed room.

This is a simple B&B but our room was clean and included a tiny balcony. Bathroom very small - not a problem for us but could be for some travelers. Rita prepared a truly copious breakfast (for 6 euros each not otherwise included in the reservation), her welcome is friendly and homey, both the back garden with its massively tall trees and the house itself are very quiet, considering that the location is just a few steps from the very touristic Duomo, the San Lorenzo leather market and the central train station, it's a bargain. Looking for something we left behind in one of the hotels on our trip, after our departure and in response to our email Rita kindly sent us a photo of what she had found. Our booking went through "booking.com" via B&B Italia and they did not communicate the exact address - verify that you have all info before you go.
