Apartment was advertised as having Wi-fi (which was a requirement for us), and it did not. In fact, there was no sign of it ever having had Wi-fi. When I contacted Michela about it, her only response was for us to go over to the outdoor plaza (regardless of the hour of the day or the weather, I suppose) and use the unreliable public Wi-fi. Not an acceptable way to do business.
