This is a lovely apt close walking distance to all major attractions, the pictures are accurate. You can see the St. Croce Basilica side wall from the apt window. The apt. is easy to find after walking all the small streets in Florence. The kitchen is compact and has all you need. I bought fresh fish and vegetables at the Sant Ambrogio Market, which is close by and made simple meals. There is an elevator big enough for two with luggage, the bathroom is a nice bright blue and white with good water pressure with built in hair dryer. Bed and linens were comfortable. There are restaurants close by. Across the Piazza is a small cafe serving coffee, fruit, pastries every morning. There is also a small convenience store where you can buy metro bus tickets. Buses stops are on the Piazza if you wish to take a bus instead of walking. We caught a bus near the front of the Basilica which took us very close to the car rental for our trip out of town. The Piazza was vibrant. Wi-Fi was available at the apartment, we watched Netflix using our tablet, there is no TV but we found we didn't need one.
The owner Maria was very helpful, providing us with information about the local area and other points of interest outside of Florence. She always answered e-mails quickly and booking the apartment was very simple to do. She stayed in touch and was readily available while we were in Florence if we needed anything or had any questions. We took a cab from the train station to the Apt, it wasn't far and they were waiting for us upon our arrival to let us in.
In all the apartment was very nice, in a good location.
