On arrival to this restaurant you are made to feel special as soon as you step through the door. Being a 3 Michelin star restaurant you'd expect nothing less. The atmosphere was great and menu was even better.
The wine menu is bigger than the food menu. We opted for the taster menu which was amazing from start to finish. The service was second to none and was a very pleasant experience which I'll be trying again in the future.

We visited this restaurant on Valentines day while in Florence. We talked to them in advance of some special dietary needs and while they attempted to handle them for one of the guests, they neglected them for the other guest. Then finally opted out of doing the last three courses for one course (all dessert courses since we can't eat sugar) without telling us. Since it was a fixed menu, they charged us the full price when 2 of the seven courses weren't even served. We attempted to get the head waiter to help us but the inept waiter working with us couldn't seem to get his attention. When you pay $600 for a meal, you expect a lot better than this. Unbelievably disappointing experience.

Made our reservation in advance for our visit to Florence. The night we booked just happened to be part of the Relais & Chateaux 60th Anniversary celebration. Not only did we enjoy the typical cuisine of this iconic restaurant but had the pleasure of sampling the cuisine of Philippe Mille from Les Crayeres. Beautiful space, excellent dining experience. Annie stopped to greet each diner, even though she had nearly lost her voice.

We were in Florence to celebrate New Years and wanted a memorable New Year's dinner celebration. The New Year menu was a special 10 course meal with each dish being a wonderful creation, could not pick a favorite course because each one was so delicious. The service was outstanding and perhaps the best service experienced in any restaurant including in any Five Star hotels. The owner visited all the diners and thanked each guest, also making sure things were perfect. After the amazing dinner we were given a tour of the wine cellar. This was definitely a special evening and although very expensive, it lived us to our expectations.

We took our daughter for her 21st birthday and her first experience at a Michelin 3 Star restaurant and we were all thrilled...

Before out visit, I let the restaurant know that my wife and daughter were vegetarians and they went our of their way to create a menu that fit their needs.

It is great when a restaurant of this stature does not take itself for granted and really goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met...
