We stayed for three nights at this apartment and it was not a good value. The apartment building is covered with scaffolding and the front entry not only full of construction materials but at times without any light. (find the flashlight on your phone, you'll need it). Construction starts at 7am.
The apartment is not light filled but quite dim with minimal light bulbs working, three were out of the 5 bulbs in the LR chandelier. There were electrical sockets without switch plates, and some with loose connections, an hour of an electricians time would help a lot.
The kitchen is seriously lacking, there is no toaster or espresso machine, only a TINY espresso pot. enough for 1/4 cup of water.
The american coffee maker is brand new, but there were no coffee filters for it. Nor were we able to find any in nearby stores. The kitchen is completely bare of any basics: not even salt and pepper or dish soap. Don't plan on cooking here.
There was no clothes drying rack as stated by the greeter, but the clothes washer worked fine. Except that the detergent provided was a dishwasher tablet, not what i would use for fabrics. The living room curtain was torn (at eye level), and not of a concern for the greeter.
The mattress was fine but the extra pillows need replacement and no additional pillow cases were provided so you could use two pillows if necessary.
