We'll decorated hotel 7 minutes walk from the train station and near all the sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Be aware you need to take the elevator to the third floor to get to the hotel. And there is a very good breakfast in the morning!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast was average but OK.
Near to the railway station and to the bus station (good if you want to visit Pisa, Siena or The Mall - Luxury Market).

2 things I didn't enjoy, our bedroom was too little bit (not like the big one they show you in the pic here) and the dark hair receptionist was incompetent.
A short walk from the train station and most Florence landmarks, this stylish little hotel is well located. Our room was very clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. The included breakfast was nice too. We have to send special compliments to the staff - each one we encountered was polite, friendly and always helpful.
I stayed there for one night but wished it was longer! This boutique hotel is awesome! The room was spectacular; it had comfy beds, spacious bathroom and was very clean. The breakfast was modest but gave us a great start for the day. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. The hotel is close to the main train station so you can somehow easily walk there even with suitcases, plus it is within walking distance to the main historical sights in Florence. Overall a great experience and recommended for a good stay in Florence!
