We had the pleasure of doing a cooking class with chef Acciaro through 'My Tour'. He was a fantastic guide, took the time to explain his methods and showed us some neat tricks. He is very clearly extremely skilled and we feel fortunate to have spent the afternoon cooking at Il Portolano. He had also prepared delicious snacks (toast with onion spread and deep fried dough balls) and of course wine! They were delicious! I only wish we had more time to eat there- we probably would have got everything on the menu! Can't wait to go back one day!
