this place is located in a small street next to the main road in your way to Pisa tower. Prices are very cheap and the food was great. We ordered brusccheta with mozzarella, tomato and pesto, a risotto of red turnip and spagghetti carbonara. Very good value/quality restaurant, totally recommended if you want to avoid restaurants close to Pisa tower

We set off down a side street from Borgo Stretto. Down a small alley we saw tables out and a big family having lunch. Looked great. Dishes did not disappoint. Seafood spaghetti and mushroom taglietelle. Panna cotta afterwards yummy too.

The outside seating is on an alleyway but don't let this distract from the food I had the baked stuffed makerel which was delicious, my husband had a Lasagne which was good. Good value for money with wine and beer.

I'm a foodie at heart and I definitely had my best meal in Italy while here. I had the bruschetta pesce, cappellacci zucca and parpardelle cinghiale, which is a fish/seafood version of bruschetta, a pasta like a larger tortellini but filled with pumpkin and a thick pasta with stewed wild boar. It felt local and authentic. There was fresh handmade bread and the server was so nice.
