The room was basic, clean and had good view from window. Staff very friendly, especially Yugon, our waiter who looked after us for our evening meals which were downstairs and outside in a lush garden terrace. Food was amazing, and service outstanding!! Location great, Leaning tower about 100m down the road, train station about 300m the opposite way. Very nice vibe, would definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Other than the famous tower and other attractions, Pisa can be the base for exploring Tuscany and the world-heritage-renowned Cinque Terre. Hence, comfortable accommodations will be mandatory. If it`s for a combination of reasonable price & acceptable facilities, this hotel will do. From here, walking in one direction for less than thirty minutes and passing through Ponte Solferino, will bring oneself to Piazza Vittorio Emanuel and the train station. Near this area will be the bus station. The hotel, situated in a quiet neighborhood with other hotels, restaurants and shops nearby, is not new. So are the room facilities which include a double bed, flat TV, writing desk and chair, open cabinet, private bath plus free wifi. Exuding a quiet and unassuming ambiance, it`s just like being in a guestroom of someone you visited in another place. There is an elevator to reach up to the top floor but the stairs will suffice since there are only four levels. A family-run establishment, the personnel are ably helpful just like relatives of a reserved nature who nonetheless are welcoming of visitors. Guests are given discounts for dining at the adjacent restaurant. If it`s for restful and simple quarters, this hotel will do.

Room tip: Request for a room with windows.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Rome. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was adequate for a couple of nights. Everything was clean and good comfy beds. The attached bar next door was very friendly had light breakfast there which was fine. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when next in Pisa. Position excellent when you exit the hotel go right for tower and left for station. Both are just straight on and within easy walking distance. If you are catching bus from airport you are better off catching the city bus and getting off by the tower as it is closer than the station.

Last minute booked hotel but turned out to be good enough for a 2 day stay.
Don't expect much as it's a family run property but decent enough as centrally located and PISA tower/old quarter or the station is at walk-able distance. Found a few Halal food restaurants too.
Adjacent bar and restaurant were good enough to mingle with the locals & tourists and the street was full of hip joints.

Room tip: Rooms on the front side better and sunny.

The hotel is close to the main attraction - Leaning Tower. The room needs a little bit of refurbishment. The bathroom was OK. I have managed to make a comfortable temperature with the help of the Conditioned Air. There is no breakfast included. The town itself it is small so you can find reasonable budget hotel a little bit further from the tower, near the train station.
