A stones throw from the Tower and even a view of Baptistry from our room. Location perfect. Quiet. Clean. Very helpful staff, though lot for one person. Bit tired but comfy. Breakfast fine. Very good value for money.

Disgusted by the appalling service. They gave my family member's room away and the staff were extremely rude when we tried to sort out the issue. The state of the room was horrendous it was dirty and not suitable for living in. I couldn't be more disappointed with the service. Frankly, if I could give this hotel 0 stars I would.

This hotel is a dump. They made family sleep on the floor on dirty towels because they gave the room away for no reason. The service was horrible and the staff were very rude. It was smelly and very noisy. Not sure how they call themselves a hotel.

small family run hotel with a very friendly owner in a spot-on-the-top location - more or less you just sleep next to the leaning tower area. besides the really central location ( in terms of the Dome and old town) you can enjoy breakfast and evenings on a terrace which is great for getting away from the crowds ;). Room was very small and basic but for 1-2 nights totally sufficient and clean! From the train station it's a 20min. walk or you can take the bus ( bus stop just in front of the hotel).

If you don't mind living in a dusty, dirty and small hotel then this is your place to go! Lets start with the easier topic... the positives(as there is so little to say). It is literally 2 minutes away from the leaning tower.

Now the negatives. The rooms are extremely noisy. The hotel is tiny and breakfast starts really early so be prepared to wake up at 6-7am with people talking loudly. I couldn't sleep during the night either as there is a Mcdonalds and busy street outside the hotel. The room was very dusty for me, and very dirty. The shower head had mold on it and so did the walls. The shower was very small.

To summarise , this is THE WORST hotel I have stayed in and was not worth my money. Pay a few euro's more and go somewhere nicer.
