No stuffy kitchens. No cookery books and instructions. Just relaxed, open air cooking at its best with great company, views to die for and the wonderful Mauro, the relaxed, charming and witty host. We made bread, pastas, sauces and tiramisu, drank wine and then sat and ate our feast on the terrace with new friends. A truly memorable experience. We all absolutely loved it.
