Myself and my husband Mark were on honeymoon in Tuscany and we wanted to learn more about the local dishes and how to make fresh pasta - and to do a fun activity together. A friend recommended this course and it didn't disappoint.
The house where the cooking class takes place makes you feel like you're at home...cooking in a regular Tuscan family house! The hosts were absolutely lovely, friendly and informative. The food was delicious and we didn't need to eat dinner afterwards as there was so much of it.
Highly recommend this class!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with Katia. She was warm, engaging and welcoming. She made us feel like family. The recipes we prepared were authentic, simple and delicious. We will undoubtedly prepare them again once we return home. This was simply a great experience.

We very much enjoyed our cooking class with our friendly and excellent teacher Katia. Katia did not only teach us how to prepare Tuscan dishes but also taught us more about the philosophy of Tuscan cooking: keep it simple and only use the best ingredients. After arriving home we got the recipes sent to us by email.

We can highly recommend a cooking class at Il Vicario.
