Upon checking in for our two night stay at this lovely hotel we were advised that we were staying in a room with a view. What an understatement. Room 1 was a lovely room but the view from the shared terrace with two other rooms was simply breathtaking. When you think of the Tuscany countryside this is the view that pops into your mind. The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfect for our needs. The staff were extremely friendly. Whilst we were there friends who visited us needed to get a legal document printed urgently. The receptionist was so helpful. She sorted everything out with a smile and at no time did she say that as they were not residents she could not help. This is a great hotel. Perfect location, car parking is available a short distance, just outside of the city walls. Breakfast was just what was required. Nothing major but just right. This hotel is perfectly situated in this lovely place, the view is amazing and the staff exceptional. Would definitely stay here again if we travel this area.

Second time here and first with a 4 month baby.

Room was spacious with that beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside.

Love this hotel and San Gimignano, will definitely stay again.

Stayed three nights at this boutique hotel and couldn't fault it. The staff were lovely and very accommodating (offering us adaptors as we didn't know they were different to the EU plug). Closest to car park 1 if you're driving but it's a bit of a walk up the hill so we parked at carpark 4 then moved the car (it's the cheapest at €6 a day).
You're right in the middle of the city but we never heard the business of the street below.. we booked the city view which wasnt as glamorous as the other BUT you're really not hard pressed for beauty in San Gimignano!

Super friendly and helpful staff. The countryside view room had a big shared balcony with the most exceptional view. Neat room with the necessities we required. Not much to complain about expect maybe for a little outdated interior in the room.

This Hotel is perfect for a stay in San Gimignano and we had just one complaint, we only stayed one night and we should have booked more! The room and beds were very comfortable for our family of three and the the air conditioning was fantastic and necessary, as it was very hot at the time of our visit. The Hotel is situated just minutes from a city wall gate, where we dropped off our luggage. We had reserved a Hotel garage and that was located quite near and well worth the additional charge. The staff were all extremely helpful and we shall certainly be back for a longer stay. Some rooms looked out over the Tuscan countryside, but although ours did not, it was still an interesting view over the street and town. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
