The warm welcome we received continued all the way through the meal, with the lovely waitress sharing the day's menu with us and explaining the source of each locally produced ingredient. All presented with love and genuine passion for quality. Antipasti of delicious cheeses, salamis from their own pigs and a varied selection of vegetable dishes for the vegetarians amongst us was followed by delicious selection of pasta & a melt in the mouth veal dish (we only had room to share 1 dish between all of us) which had been cooking for 9 hours. All excellent quality in beautiful warm surroundings. Can't wait to go back!
