This is an excellent restaurant down some steep steps just of the Corso Vanucci. They explain the (small-scale) source of everything and the quality is superb.Take a hearty appetite-the various mixed plates (cheese, charcuterie and grilled veg) are enormous as well as excellent, as is the tagliata and veal. Leave space for the delicious chocolate mousse.
Short but interesting biodynamic wine list-we had a very good 2014 Sagrantino.
