This is a working farm, vineyard, fruit and olive trees, and chickens. It makes the stay very genuine. If you inlcude a "Let's Cook in Umbria" class in your visit, you will come to appreciate even more what this means. The cooking class was one of the top events of our Italy vacation.
Raffealla is a wonderful host. She's more than flexible. She won't wear you out trying to serve you. That's a good thing. But, if you need anything, just ask. She wants you to have a great stay. She has also collaborated with a host of other service providers to help with excursions or whatever a tourist might need. And, she's delightful.
The accomodations are a bit sparse but very comfortable - it is a farm you know.
Even though Riding is close to Perugia, you feel very much like you are in a remote spot.
And, the view from your room? Well, forget about it. It's wonderful.
We will be back.
