We were actually looking for another Vietnamese restaurant in St. Gallen which turned out to be open only for lunch. We happened to park by the train station and walked by Chanh on our way to the other restaurant. As soon as we found out that the other one was closed, we made our way back to Chanh. The food was incredible!!! The best spring rolls I've had in all of Europe. Even if it was a busy Easter weekend on a Saturday evening, we were seated right away, even without reservations, and served fairly quickly. The staff was amazing and so friendly. They even gave us English menus. Chatting with the staff we found out it's a family-run business and they had been open only two months. The atmosphere was amazing and I will surely go back if I'm ever in St. Gallen again.
