This is an amazing restaurant that's a little off the beaten track (we went there with friends who live in Zurich). Had a 6 course 'surprise' menu with wine pairings and every piece of it was wonderful -- food quality, food presentation, portion sizes, service pacing.

Only downside is that it's relatively pricey (which seems the norm in Zurich) which didn't bother us, but is worth bearing in mind.

Thank Steven H

Good food, very healthy and creative. Staff is nice and helpful. Decoration and lighting is a bit cold but ok. Overall good experience. Thanks

Very nice small Restaurant, nice design, nice atmosphere. It is not too loud and you can have a conversation also when the Restaurant is full.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull which is rare in Zurich, however it remains on a casual level. For me the friendly staff was the highlight of my dinner experience here.

Food: they put emphasis on sustainable Food. Âll ingredients are of very good Quality. The choice is a bit limited.
Nice: on top of the number of courses you chose you get some amuse bouches (I had Beetroot Drink, Potatoe and a fried leave, all very good), a sorbet before the Dessert as well as friandises (very good again). Their bread is excellent, very crispy and tasteful.
The four courses were good. The starter (Celery) was a bit tasteless, but then the Kiddney on lentils as well as the Saibling were excellent. The Cow Fillet was good as well. The Dessert (Variation of Caramel) was good but nothing special.Nice presentation of the dishes.

Wine: relatively limited choice of Wines. Good Wine Pairing with interesting selection.

Overall nice experience, again for me the nice atmosphere and the friendly staff was the highlight.

I ate at this restaurant about a week ago, we were celebrating a friends birthday. We were a party of 7 and upon arrival it was announced that because we were such a large group, they would serve us a 6 dish surprise menu. I would have preferred a la carte, but it didn't appear to be an option. Every dish was incredibly complicated. Some tasted quite good, but most of them were an assemblage of flavors. The balance of flavors, textures and colors was often missed because of trying to hard and the presentations resembled a Jackson Pollack painting. In this case more is not better. Always some strange crumble something sprinkled on top (or dried lard powder). The look of the restaurant is simple, (flowers, candles, atmosphere not present) the bathrooms clean but not fitting for a local of this price range. Service was very nice and eager to please, however again not fitting for the prices, they did not seem experienced enough. No one living in that neighborhood could afford to even buy a lunch there. The bill came for 1'750.- (tip not included). None of us thought it was worth it. The overall feeling was that we were cheated into a flavor carousel were everything is super special, nothing super good and you leave with a confused (and in case of one friend sick) stomach and much lighter wallet. Will not return.

In a point we must agree with them,
it is better if you do not come any more to us.
A really disrespectful assessment

Small place but really nice food. Loved the wine pairing option. Obviously not cheap but then again if you want cheap, go to McDonalds instead or stay at home.
