We ate there on 13 January 2017. It was a Friday night...empty. Here is the summary.
Starters: Very mediocre. We had goat cheese plate, capriccio, pulpo, and a salad. All nothing special. Only thing decent was the goat cheese plate. The rest was rubbish, just average fare.
Mains: We all had entrecote, total disappointment. All six steaks came luke-warm. Steaks were all sous-vide, no flavour, not tasty. Not worth the bother.
Dessert: More of the same...blah...chocolate cake tasted like it was frozen, no effort, half-taste of chocolate.
Overall: This is typical of a Swiss setup restaurant that seems it was made just for money generation. No passion in the food. Normal prices for Switzerland, but quality was far below much better places in Zurich for the same cost. This is not a restaurant passionate about beef or good food. It's a restaurant that is passionate about trying to make money and flogging the same sub-standard fare that many restaurants get away with (or least they used to!) in Zurich.
