Spent one night there. Located in a very good spot - quite and central at the same time. 100 m from Zurich Lake where you can have a morning walk enjoying beautiful views. Hotel as such is offering service on excellent level. Starting from reception, ending with cleaning, breakfast area etc. Lovely lady from reception showed me all the common areas - very friendly. In the hotel there is 24h “honesty bar” where you can take whatever you want and just put your room number for charge. Coffee and tea on the house! Room large like for Zurich standards, equipped in everything you might need during your stay. Coffee/tea machine, cosmetics, sewing kit and much more. Even electric transponder that I need to ask usually for is in the room as a standard. Breakfast good, rather simple but also not very pricey.
One downside - and this is the only reason I am not giving 5 - men are not allowed to join roof terrace and enjoy Spa.
In general one of the best hotels I know in Zurich (including those with one - two stars more). Greetings to super friendly staff!

A lovely place to stay in and excellent position for a first time visit to Zurich.
Staff helpful and friendly. Room warm and cosy with a good size bathroom with all we needed.
Room and hotel well maintained set in pleasant surroundings.

We booked two rooms for two nights. Our rooms were at the second floor and it was impossible to sleep well because of the noise people were making upstairs. The wooden floor is a nightmare, you can hear any foot step. So, impossible to sleep before 1am and woke up at 6:00am. That's not what I call a relaxing stay!

If you decide to come back anyway, just let us know you would like to have a room on the upper floors. They are calmer.

Lovely Hotel, convenient for the Old City. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and good food at breakfast. I am slightly disabled and they have a lift outside for wheelchairs. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. .Well-appointed. We stayed 5 nights this time, our third stay in three years. A
